Aphyocypris pulchrilineata Zhu et al., 2013

  • Holotype: ASIZB 183459.
  • Paratypes (6): ASIZB 183460–183465.

Type locality: Chengjiang River at Chengjiang town, 23°55'45"N, 108°06'18"E [1], Du’an County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China.

Etymology: The specific epithet pulchrilineata is a combination of the Latin pulcher (= beautiful) and lineata (= bearer of lines), to mention the beautiful lines at the flanks of the species.
