Holotype: MNHN 2499, collected by M.M. Castelnau et Em. Deville.

Type locality: “Amérique méridionale”, restricted to “Sarayacú, Peru”, by Williams & Vanzolini (1966).

Synonyms[edit]

Syntypes (2): BMNH 80.12.8.45-46, ♂, collected by Clarence Buckley.

Type locality: “Ecuador”.
