Anolis cyanopleurus Cope, 1861

Holotype: IZ 1564 [orientalis]

Type locality cyanopleurus: Monte Verde, Guantánamo Province, Cuba; emended by Garrido, 1975, to "La Prenda," Yateras, Guantánamo Province, Cuba.

Type locality orientalis: vicinity of Punta de Maisí, Baracoa, Oriente province, Cuba.
