- Holotype: male 20.3 mm CL (carapace length), MNHNCL DEC-15104, collected on November 05, 2008.
- Type locality: under a bridge over the Incopulli stream, which finally drains into Yaldad Bay, at 43º06’02” S; 73º41’47” W, 21 m above sea level, 2 km to East from Yaldad town, Chiloé Island, Chile.
- Paratypes: same data as holotype.
