Adenophorea
Appearance
Adenophorea Chitwood, 1958 is a paraphyletic group (classis or subclassis) of Nematoda. This taxon included two subordinate taxa: Enoplia and Chromadoria. The name Adenophorea is rarely used in modern literature, because this group is broken up to accommodate phylogeny:
- Enoplia is classified now as classis Enoplea;
- Chromadoria is equvalent to Chromadorea without Rhabditida in modern sense
