Name[edit]

  • Acaphyllisa tuberculumae Li, Xue & Hong, 2012
Holotype: Department of Entomology, Nanjing Agricultural University, Jiangsu Province, China. Female (slide number NJAUEri789B, marked Holotype), from Populus sp. (Salicaceae).
Type locality: Xining City, Qinghai Province, P. R. China, 36°38'18"N, 101°45'27"E, elevation 2241m, 21 July 2007, coll. Xiao-Feng Xue.
Etymology: The specific designation tuberculumae is from the character of dorsal opisthosomal microtubercles, “tuberculum” in Latin; masculine in gender.
