Logic: {{#if:{{{1|}}}|{{indent|{{{1}}}}}|{{indent|3}}}}

Purpose is to have:
     (A) a very short-inline form of the {{indent}} template
     which defaults to an indent value of five three space equivalents, similar to {{ S }} which does not provide the accompanying preceding linefeed (newline).

Note: 'indent' and 'i' are very useful for creating whitespace separation
    (paragraphs to the eye), particularly on wikipedia talk pages and will maintain left margin alignment with forgoing text indented by the system :, ::, :::, ..., ::::::: line leading prefixes.
