There is still a lot of uncertainty regarding some generic circumscriptions and traditional intrafamilial classification systems are not supported Walhert et al. (2014) and so are not used here. Sun et al., (2016) present a phylogeny at odds with Walhert in some aspects that suggests a number of additional synonymies. Christenhusz et al. (2018) have provided a number of combinations aimed at solving problems of paraphyletic genera highlighted by Walhert et al. (2014) and Sun et al. (2016), but these have yet to implemented fully or agreed. PWO have been more proactive than other secondary sources, but WS has to adopt a more conservative approach. An example is Hekkingia, which PWO place in synonymy with Paypayrola, but other sources still accept segregation. Andyboorman (talk) 18:23, 27 June 2020 (UTC)
