- Eidotheoideae to be removed in due course, as Eidothea will be transferred to Subfamily Proteoideae incertae sedis in line with Weston and Barker (2006) and APGIII.
- It is felt logical that genera, which do not appear in Weston and Barker (2006) and contain no accepted and a small number of unresolved species compared to synonyms (The Plant List, 2014) be removed from the list of genera on the main page.
