Русский: Oligodon transcaspicus из окрестностей озера Базанган (Хорасан, Иран). Вид был описан российским зоологом А.М. Никольским, но долгое время он считался синонимом изменчивого олигодона Oligodon taeniolatus, и лишь в 2023 г. он был восстановлен как валидный вид.
English: Oligodon transcaspicus from the vicinity of Bazangan Lake in Khorasan Province, Iran. This species was described by Russian zoologist AM Nikolsky, but for a long time it had been considered a junior synonym of Oligodon taeniolatus until it was resurrected in 2023. |
