Summary
DescriptionLaughing Gull in flight, Colon Panama.jpg
English: Scientific name Larus atricilla. This is a juvenile, whose plumage is quite different from the adult. In a couple of years, when it reaches breeding age, it will have a black head above a pure white neck. The Franklin's Gull is almost identical, but rarely seen in Panama, where Laughing Gull juveniles are common.
